Our Process
When you place a pre-order, we will mail you our wood finish samples and upholstery swatches so you can make your selections at home.
Our Process
Once your order details are confirmed and we are ready to move into production, we will request a 50% production deposit. Your 8–12 week build timeline begins upon receipt of that deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your furniture, prior to shipping. Your $500 pre-order deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Please note that until your final order confirmation and production deposit are received, you are welcome to make changes to your order, including adding additional items.
Our Process
Once your order is complete, we'll reach out to confirm the final balance and arrange payment. You'll then choose your preferred delivery method—we offer shipping to your door (may or may not have a charge), local delivery (to be quoted), or pickup at our location (free). We'll handle all the details to get your wood products to you.
