All Sales Are Final

Because each piece is custom built to order and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review all product details — including dimensions, wood species, finish selections, and upholstery choices — before confirming your order. Our team is always happy to guide you through the process to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.

Warranty

Your furniture is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use, effective from the original purchase date. Should a warranty claim be required, transportation to and from our warranty depot is the responsibility of the customer.
