Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note:

Delivery locations must be accessible by truck and trailer.
Driveways and access points must be clear of snow and obstacles.
Customers are responsible for confirming that all furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points.
Any storage, redelivery, transfer, or additional handling fees resulting from delivery delays may be the responsibility of the customer.
Our delivery teams do not remove existing furniture.
Please have your space prepared and ready prior to delivery.
